Job description/specification


  • Developing and implementing the company's overall strategy and vision, including identifying new markets, and opportunities for new products and growth.
  • Leading the company's business development efforts, including developing relationships with new clients and maintaining existing relationships with key clients.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the company, including overseeing finance, marketing, and human resources functions; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Building and managing a high-performing team of consultants, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company is delivering cutting-edge solutions to clients.
  • Ensuring the company is delivering high-quality services to clients and meeting their needs and expectations.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the company.
  • Developing new partnerships and expanding existing with software vendors


Necessary Qualifications:


  • Bachelor of Business Administration or related education;
  • MBA is an asset;
  • Knowledge of Software Engineering is a must;
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience as Senior manager, Director or Executive is required;
  • Ability to speak English;
  • Knowledge of a second language is an asset;
  • Experience managing IT consultancy operations and deploying ERP, CRM, Marketing Automation and business process improvement projects is a must;
  • Experience implemening digital advertising to leverage the attractiveness of the brand, number of leads and conversions of digital products is a must.
  • Experience developing a digital marketing strategy with specific focus on Youtube, Instagram and SEO is a must.
  • Knowledge of No-Code platforms available in the market and experience matching solutions to customer demands is mandatory.
